JOB DESCRIPTION

Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Manager, Technology Programmes, who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing strategically aligned technology-enabled business projects through a programme of change to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing and delivering large-scale change deliveries with conflicting priorities.
  • Ensuring clarity on priorities, deliverables, and financial planning.
  • Leading and mentoring a diverse programme team.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

REQUIREMENTS: YOUR EXPERTISE AND LEADERSHIP

To thrive as a Senior Manager, Technology Programmes, we’re looking for:

  • Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience managing large, complex business change programmes with IT components.
  • Strong background in infrastructure change rather than software.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A solid understanding and appreciation of different delivery methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile, with experience in selecting and applying the most appropriate approach based on project needs.
