Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, implementing new technologies, and supporting business-critical systems? Challenge Community Services is looking for a Senior Technology Support Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative IT team.
In this senior position, you will assist the Head of IT Services by providing technical and systems support across the organisation. This includes maintaining the effective operation of computer hardware, software, communication systems, and user management, while also contributing to the administration of a variety of IT systems.
You’ll play a key role in researching and implementing new technologies to improve processes, solve business challenges, and enhance system efficiency. Your contributions will support our cyber security strategy, incident response planning, and system documentation efforts.
As part of a small, hands-on team, you’ll also provide frontline support to staff, perform helpdesk duties, manage IT purchasing, and contribute to internal projects. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required.
