* Join an inclusive and collaborative team * Advise on compliance and innovation in a highly trusted technical role  * Are you a hands-on technical professional with strong technical and IT skills with a passion for supporting teaching, research, and innovative technologies?   Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role We are seeking a suitably qualified person to provide high quality and specialised technology support for academic research and research-led teaching in Au Reikura - School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences.  In this role, you will contribute to support, development, protection and maintenance of the research technology infrastructure for the School. You will provide technical consultation services and assistance to staff and postgraduate students at the School as well as the wider University community where it interfaces with the School. You will work closely with the University's Information and Technology Services (ITS) and other service units, and utilize existing service provisions to support the school's IT needs, all while adhering to the University's cybersecurity standards and best practices. You will ensure the School's research-relevant IT needs are met in a compliant, efficient, and sustainable manner. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) based at our Hillcrest Campus. Salary will be negotiated with the preferred candidate based on capability and experience.
