As a Senior Inside Sales Executive at Zappie, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales success, establishing crucial initial connections with potential customers. Your role is pivotal in achieving daily KPIs, setting up appointments, and optimising sales opportunities through effective telephone communication and goal-oriented strategies. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM system
Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to establish initial connections and generate interest in Zappie’s products and services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars to optimise meeting schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor communication to align Zappie’s offerings with those needs.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to calls made, appointments set, and sales conversions.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs of leads and share insights that can help close deals.
  • Generate a minimum of 7 dems a week with a monthly target of 1.5 dem booked average a day.
  • Manage your own pipeline of appointments booked.
