Job Requirements and Benefits

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant telesales experience and proven track record in buying/selling businesses in Dubai
  • Own car and ability to attend in-person client meetings
  • Strong proficiency in online tools and digital marketing for lead generation and management
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and acquire ready businesses at competitive prices and sell them professionally to clients
  • Capability to handle multiple daily calls and negotiate effectively with business owners, real estate consultants, related businesses, and prospective clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of clients and international business partners
  • Previous successful experience in selling to industrial networks, consultants, and investors
  • Preference for multilingual candidates (English, Arabic, Persian, and other market languages)
