Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential delegates considering attending our industry-leading conferences. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into bookings. Working closely with our marketing team, you will ensure every potential delegate receives outstanding service and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Engage with warm leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
. Follow up on inbound enquiries promptly and professionally.
. Understand delegate needs and recommend suitable conference packages.
. Build strong relationships with prospective delegates, creating trust and confidence.
. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of attending our conferences.
. Work closely with marketing to optimise lead conversion.
. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
. Consistently hit and exceed sales and conversion targets.
