We expect you to have a technical educational background within electrical or electronics. However, the position does not require any previous tender experience as long as you are eager to learn about and work with tenders. If so, complementary learning and personal development programs will be available.

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications:

• An educational background within electrical or electronic engineering.
• Experience working as an electrical or electronics engineer or with telecommunications is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You have a proactive, analytic and organized approach to your assignments and thrive in a workday with variation
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

In your role as a Senior Tender Engineer, you will be responsible for producing commercial and technical proposals for telecommunication systems based on customers’ inquiries and requirements.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Finding and documenting the right technical solutions while engaging with our technical teams, HSEQ, Procurement, and other relevant departments
• Preparing potential project risk analyses and working to increase profit margins
• Coordinating and gathering tender packages
• Assisting in sales and project execution assignments
