We’re seeking a Senior Tender Writer to lead and elevate our bid responses across our key brands: Maxxia, RemServ, and Interleasing. What You’ll Do Drive the end-to-end tender process: Analyse requirements, design winning strategies, and deliver compelling, professionally written submissions that showcase our value proposition. Leverage AI and new technologies: Use advanced platforms and AI-powered tools to enhance the quality, efficiency, and impact of our tender responses. Engage and influence stakeholders: Build strong relationships across the business, gathering insights and shaping persuasive arguments that set us apart. Champion innovation: Continuously improve our content and bid processes, bringing fresh ideas and strategic vision to every opportunity. What We’re Looking For Proven expertise: Minimum five years’ experience in tender/bid writing, with a track record of success in managing the end-to-end bid process. Tech-savvy mindset: Experience with AI-powered tender writing platforms and a passion for adopting new technologies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite. Strategic and commercial acumen: Ability to think big picture while delivering hands-on results with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. Exceptional stakeholder management: Advanced networking and relationship-building skills. Project leadership: Strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
