Description

负责招标相关事务，包括阳光平台及VBP的政策解读与风险预警、日常运维、价格联动策略及常规数据分析等。职责： 1. 负责省级/市级在线采购平台项目，包括但不限于： 1) 主导阳光平台项目：政策解读、提案撰写、平台审批流程及运营工作。 2) “阳光政策”调整解读/预警及价格联动响应。 3) 常规操作，如产品注册证书信息更新、线上议价订单确认等。 4) 政府访问与关系建立。 2. VBP项目管理项目 1) VBP政策解读与内部团队传达 2) 建立数量报价项目及专项工作组，采用VMDM工具 3) 平台投标策略制定与运营，包括报价、合同签订及经销商权限维护 4) 其他关键采购项目政策研究（国家层面；省级联盟……） 5) 公司相关VBP进度跟踪 3.常规招标及准入数据分析，支持业务健康增长，消除潜在风险。 4.政府政策解读，与其他职能部门共同制定策略 1）组织《定价政策通讯》等等。 2）医疗改革政策跟踪、学习和培训。 5.日常操作工作和临时任务 1）通过与其他职能部门的协调，积极改进内部流程 2）支持经理准备市场准入相关项目和支持文件。本科及以上学历，有医疗保健相关教育背景者优先。至少3年跨国医疗器械或制药公司招投标管理经验。自我驱动，持续改进。谦逊和正直的团队合作。抗压能力强。高度的责任感。 Join our winning team today.
