Work Flexibility: Field-based We are looking for a Senior Territory Lead in Eastern Region (Location: Dammam) to support the growth of our Trauma & Extremities Division: What you will do Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity. Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager. Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager. Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands. Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs. Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training and attending the surgery cases. Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedbacks in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons. Providing support to logistics team when needed. What you need Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Orthopedics field Fluency in Arabic and good command of English. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills. Valid KSA driving license. Preferred: Experience in Trauma & Extremities is highly desirable. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
