Responsibilities
  • Obtain and maintain Neuromodulation product certification.
  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.
  • Actively implement and execute on salesforce effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.
  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.
  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.
  • Provide pre procedure education to patients.
  • Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory.
  • Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory.
  • Manage allocated consignment stock.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.
  • Assist with product marketing and launches.
  • Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.
  • Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.
  • Attend company sales meetings as required.
  • Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.
  • Handle and document customer complaints according to Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager.
  • Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties.
  • You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences. These events may take place on an evening and/or weekend.
