We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Territory Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving the growth of our CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) devices and services across the designated territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand market presence. Living within either the South Wales or Gloucestershire area. You will join a strong and very experienced team who are passionate, committed and put the patient first for everything we do.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Healthcare related medical or scientific degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or territory management preferably in CRM or medical devices sector
  • Proven track record or meeting or exceeding sales targets and ability to react to potential market threats and opportunities
  • Understanding of the national and local health care system
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory

  • Experience in tender management optimization would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customers’ accounts to meet or exceed targets
  • Develop, build and strengthen long term relationships with stakeholders including distributions and healthcare professionals
  • Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximise the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services
  • Promote and establish education of the company’s products and/or services. Conduct market research including customers and competitor activities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and market development plans to achieve or exceed sale targets for CRM devices and services, whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D. Operations and marketing
  • Develop and drive activities that enhance and strengthen the network; (e.g. optimize patient care pathways – establishing cooperation with cardiology/ emergency/ neurology departments)
