Bachelor's degree or higher. At least 2 to 5 years of sales experience — in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, software, or consumer products. Preferably experience in industries with short sales cycles where direct sales to professionals are required and compensation is performance-based. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans. Proven ability to absorb technical and clinical knowledge, as well as product knowledge, and communicate it effectively to healthcare professionals at all levels. Maintains a positive attitude toward the job, teamwork, and representing the company's image to our customers. Good understanding of the hospital environment. Requisition ID: 620122 Minimum Salary: $129700 Maximum Salary: $257400 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
