JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test and Platform Operation Engineer with extensive experience in Business Requirements Testing (BRT) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our software solutions meet business needs and exceed customer expectations while maintaining system reliability and stability. You will act as a critical liaison between product owners, business analysts, and the Dev team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining testing frameworks and tools that ensure our software meets business, quality, and reliability standards..
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about test automation, system reliability, and driving quality through scalable test solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Business Requirements Testing.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into testable requirements.
  • Proficiency in Golang and Python, or related programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BDD).
  • Solid experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with APIs, databases (PostgresDB, MongoDB), and performance testing tools.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Experience in incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with domain-specific tools or standards (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce).

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
    Compensation Range: $150K - $160
