About the role
As a Senior Test and Verification Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team using agile methodology to develop medical software applications. You’ll drive quality assurance through testing and verification, collaborating with back-end developers and product owners. Your work will support continuous integration, ensuring our products meet requirements and design standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review system and software requirements.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web-based applications.
  • Build automation test suites for frontend web applications.
  • Perform test planning and support release activities.
  • Create and maintain test artifacts, such as specifications and reports.
  • Write clear problem reports to identify root causes and help prioritize fixes.

Documentation - such as test reports, and formal reports that require signatures.

Who are you?
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy sharing knowledge with your team. You also need to possess strong communication skills that enable you to navigate seamlessly between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
In addition to your interpersonal strengths, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in software testing and verification.

Key qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with safety-critical software development.
  • Experience with creating automation testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of web-based testing and tools (e.g., Mabl is a plus).
  • Strong programming skills and a deep understanding of testing concepts.
  • Experience with non-functional testing (e.g., security, performance, maintainability).

Having an ISTQB certification and experience in full-stack automation testing is considered a plus. Programming skills, particularly in Java and Kotlin, are also meritorious.
