At PaperCut, our Quality team enables Product teams across the business to maintain software quality through test automation, DevOps practices, and performance benchmarking. Reporting to our Quality Lead, this role is full-time, hybrid, and based in our Camberwell office three days per week.

• Shape and implement PaperCut’s test automation strategy, identifying areas for improvement and selecting the right tools and frameworks.
• Develop test automation frameworks and staging environments, working with Engineers to integrate automated testing into DevOps practices.
• Develop repeatable automated tests, including end-to-end, integration, canary, and system regression tests, ensuring ongoing software quality.
• Partner with Engineers and our Quality Lead to define and monitor performance, load, and scalability benchmarks for our products.
• Influence and uplift testing capabilities across PaperCut, allowing Engineers to refine automated test suites themselves.
