Description

Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test cases for APIs, web applications, and backend systems. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and automation coverage. Execute regression test suites and share results with stakeholders. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. Collaborate with teams to create fast and independent automated tests. Retest defect fixes and confirm closure of open issues. Create and manage Acceptance Criteria in alignment with Product Owners. Share knowledge on agile testing methodologies and promote best practices. Maintain and update automation standards and procedures. Minimum 4 years of experience in automated testing and scripting using Java. Proficient in Core Java 17, TestNG/JUnit, and test automation libraries such as Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, and Selenium Grid. Experienced in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and Acceptance/Test-Driven Development ((A)TDD). Skilled in using test management tools like Jira Xray. Familiar with structured testing methods and processes. Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Knowledge of build management tools like Maven and CI servers such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Strong debugging skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Capable of implementing design patterns and adhering to clean coding principles. Understanding of parallel and distributed test execution, logging, and reporting.
