Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans and test cases for new features, releases, regression and integration testing.
Execute functional, exploratory, regression, integration, usability and automated testing across MST's software platforms.
Validate software and integrated hardware solutions against customer requirements, operational workflows and business objectives.
Identify, document and manage software defects through to successful resolution.
Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Technical Leads throughout Agile delivery to ensure quality is considered from concept through release.
Contribute to release readiness by monitoring quality metrics and ensuring agreed quality gates have been achieved.
Support the continued development of MST's automated testing capability and Quality Engineering practices.
Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools and quality metrics that improve delivery outcomes.
Contribute to a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement across the Product Development team.
