About the Role As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be the technical anchor that understands design validation is more than just running a test. In this role, you will conduct physical assessments in the Body & Chassis Test Lab, ensuring that all corporate physical tests are delivered on time with quality during key Design Verification (DV) and Production Validation (PV) phases. The role will require you to use your strong technical skills and engineering knowledge to assist with Quality initiatives and lead root cause analysis work-streams within the test environment. The role requires you to be a translator of complex technical requirements and test results to a variety of audiences including trades-staff and senior level management. This position reports directly to Test Engineering Supervisor and is based our Geelong Research and Development Centre. It is predominantly an onsite role with a minimum of four to five days in the office.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will conduct physical assessments in the Body & Chassis Test Lab, ensuring timely and quality delivery of corporate physical tests during Design Verification and Production Validation phases. You will also assist with Quality initiatives and lead root cause analysis work-streams.
