JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand UAT requirements. • Design and execute UAT test cases based on business scenarios. • Identify, document, and track defects and issues. • Validate fixes and ensure resolution of reported issues. • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and testing scope. • Provide regular updates and reports on UAT progress and outcomes. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards. • 5–10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on UAT. • Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Wealth Management. • Experience in writing and executing test cases based on business requirements. • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and documentation abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with stakeholders. • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). • Understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, or portfolio management systems. • ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus. • Experience in UAE Equity market
