Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do: Together with the software team, develop a testing strategy for testing during the developmental phase. Develop the verification and validation strategy/plan that meets the SDLC requirements within the project timeline and resource constraints Develop software test cases to verify the software requirements. Execute non-function testing which involves accuracy, reliability, and performance. Execute formal system verification testing together with the end users Support other projects during research phase of product development. Collaborate across a dynamic geographically dispersed team. What you need: Required Qualifications: Educational qualification: B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science, MCA or any equivalent qualification. 3 to 7 years of total experience Proficient in SDLC, Test Methodologies, Bug Lifecycle, Test Case development & review, Risk Assessment Prior experience in development and execution of application system testing in a product development environment. Prior experience in non-functional testing which includes accuracy, reliability, and performance Preferred Qualifications: Prior knowledge and experience in Python Programming skills. Analytical, restorative, and strong communication & interpersonal skills. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
