YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead for a maximum term contract of six months to oversee and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) System. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of the HCM system by validating functionality, performance, security, and user experience while mitigating risks and defects before go-live.
Conveniently located next to the iconic Suncorp Stadium on the edge of Brisbane CBD, there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to be present on site for a minimum of three days a week.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy and test plans for the HCM system implementation
• Lead the testing team, defining roles, responsibilities, and best practices to ensure high-quality testing execution.
• In conjunction with our IDT Team, oversee the design and execution of functional, integration, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business analyst, developers, P&C team, and system vendors, to ensure testing requirements align with business needs.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting of fixes.
• Develop and maintain test automation strategies, where applicable, to enhance efficiency and reliability.
