Job Description To formulate maintenance plan for new equipment and machines based on inputs from station owners and suppliers. Perform troubleshooting based on troubleshooting guide from station owners and study on eliminating the problem from repeating. Liaise with station owners and machine suppliers on continuous improvement. To train, coach and develop technicians to handle test stations effectively in the area of troubleshooting and sustaining. To manage and ensure all manufacturing documents related to maintenance are being prepared and uploaded accordingly and promptly before release for manufacturing operations. To optimize and improve equipment reliability and design. To execute related activities to meet key performance indicators of department goals and drive for continuous improvement with realistic goal setting together with the team. To evaluate Test Technicians performance according to department and individual goals To summarize breakdown report and feedback to line support team for improvement (MTTR and MTBF). To execute any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related final assembly maintenance. Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship or industrial training acceptable) Good knowledge of electronics testing and measurement techniques Familiar with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, etc.) Understanding of test methodologies and problem‑solving concepts (RCCA) Good circuit/schematic/electrical drawing knowledge Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance Additional Information Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc Company Insurances and etc Legal Entity: Robert Bosch (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
