We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Manager to lead our quality assurance and testing efforts across multiple projects.

• Define and implement the overall test strategy, framework, and processes.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test schedules.
• Manage a team of testers/QA engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Oversee functional, regression, performance, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure test environments and data are properly set up and maintained.
• Track, report, and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Preferred
• ISTQB Test Manager certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD environments.
• Background in performance/security testing.
