We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the development and management of system-level requirements for test optimization initiatives. This role focuses on establishing robust requirements frameworks, improving test coverage, and streamlining environmental testing processes in manufacturing and lab settings.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing requirements for test systems, be proficient with industry-standard tools, and understand environmental stress screening (ESS) methods such as thermal cycling, vibration, and altitude testing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements management.
• Strong background in requirements engineering methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as DOORS, Jama, Cameo, or Jira.
• Experience in manufacturing or test engineering environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Background in electronics manufacturing and testing.
• Hands-on experience with ESS methods: thermal cycling, humidity, altitude, and vibration testing.
