• Responsible for maintaining/updating Unix components within integrated test environments
• Defining and maintaining processes for environment builds, code deployments & Environment Suppor
• Continuous Improvement activities to streamline & automate current processe
• Work with Engineering Rooms and Service Provision teams to ensure best practice within technical area.
• Triage & Root Cause Analysis of environment issues and progress resolution
• Collate and report metrics to Technical Delivery lead
• Knowledge of IBM Websphere- cells, deployment managers, application servers and clusters an advantage
