Our vision is to be “the Electrical wholesaler who proactively services customers better than anyone else in Australia.” Reporting to the Technical Lead of the Business Analysis & Testing Services team, this is a key role involving a blend of business transformation projects and BAU testing responsibilities. The role involves developing quality test scripts to comprehensively execute systems integration testing and support the business in the creation and execution of user acceptance testing scripts. Also ensuring that testing entry/exit criteria along with success KPI’s agreed with the business are met. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and document comprehensive test plans Test script and test case creation and execution Translating business requirements into test scenario artefacts Analyses user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility Administering test execution with business stakeholders and development teams (SIT / UAT / PVT / regression) Ensures that new or changing systems are holistically tested to ensure a high-quality outcome is delivered to the business Collaborates closely with other team members and departments Detects and tracks defects and inconsistencies through to closure Delivers testing documentation that is comprehensive and can present it confidently to relevant stakeholders where impacts have been identified and clearly articulated Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation Build and maintain re-usable test scripts repository A bit about you 10+ years overall systems testing experience across a variety of industries and functions. Experience in Retail or Wholesale industries is essential 5+ years manual systems testing experience with ERP systems across the Order-To-Cash and Procure-To-Pay business domains is essential 2+ years of test management tool (e.g. Xray, TestRail, Zephyr) is highly regarded Experience in test automation (e.g. Katalon) experience is desirable Working knowledge of waterfall, iterative and agile methodologies Highly proficient in the use of Jira, MS Office and Excel is highly regarded Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills Tertiary qualifications in an IT or business-related field desirable ITIL V3 Foundations highly regarded Able to deliver at high quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, with a large & evolving testing pipeline Why join Rexel?
