REQUIREMENTS

We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the team’s support and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

    • Electrical, power electronics, and energy storage testing.
  • Environmental testing, for example, vibration and IP.
  • EMC testing and EMC compliance requirements
  • Reliability testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards for products and testing protocols.
  • Proven experience with product certification processes and compliance standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety requirements for electrical laboratory environments, including electrical, mechanical, noise, heat, and other work safety aspects.
  • Advanced understanding of electrical engineering principles, with specific expertise in energy storage and power electronics applications.
  • Full product development cycle experience, ideally from the automotive or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS IN THE NET ZERO JOURNEY:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive hardware test programs for systems and other products.
  • Develop and implement qualification programs (DV, PV) in customer and research projects.
  • Execute testing activities.
  • Work with research projects.
  • Support product certification process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure safe operations in the testing laboratory by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Utilize external test service providers to support testing needs when required.
