Oak Bridge Academy & Oak Bridge Clinical is located in Cambridge, Ontario. We specialize in working with exceptional students, including autism, anxiety and ADHD.

Oak Bridge is looking for a full-time Senior Therapist. The Senior Therapist is responsible for ongoing supervision of students, developing individualized ABA interventions, and data monitoring. As a Senior Therapist, you will work closely with your direct Clinical Coordinator(s) to measure treatment fidelity, work on and monitor individualized programming for students, and work with classroom staff to support the needs of students. A Senior Therapist will help model, implement, and train behaviour safety plans both in vivo and contrived situations.

Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Applied Disability Studies (M.ADS), Psychology, or in related field
- BCBA or pursuing BCBA and/or registration as a Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists
- Minimum of 1-5 years of direct supervision
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening that is up to date
- Proficiency in a variety of technologies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
