Position Overview As our Senior TikTok Content Strategy Specialist, you'll be the architect of our brand's story and connection point with our community. own the content universe for Oh Herb on TikTok and Shopify, transforming powerful ingredients into compelling narratives that drive culture, conversation, and conversion. What You'll Be Doing Develop our brand voice and create thumb-stopping, platform-native content (scripts, captions, stories) that makes complex health topics simple, relatable, and shareable for our TikTok and Shopify audiences. Own the content calendar. Ideate and execute data-informed campaign and "seedling" strategies that tap into user needs, product USPs, and cultural trends to grow our community and sales. Go beyond vanity metrics. Dive deep into analytics (engagement, conversion, VTR) and competitive intelligence to constantly test, learn, and iterate on what works. Your insights directly shape our strategy. Who You Are A Bilingual Storyteller You have 1+ years of experience crafting killer content and understand the nuanced differences between Chinese and American social media landscapes. Proven experience in the wellness/supplement space is a massive advantage. A True Digital Native: You don't just use TikTok, you understand it. You live and breathe internet culture, memes, and trends, and can predict what's going viral next. You're obsessed with what makes content tick. Data-Curious & Proactive: You're creatively driven but also logically minded. You love using data to uncover insights and aren't afraid to propose and test bold new ideas. Bonus Points If You Have a portfolio of TikTok videos that actually performed well. Understand the basics of Shopify content and SEO.
