Description
Primary Purpose of the Job Subject matter expert accountable for providing all Energy Sector companies support to ensure their alignment with our HR Policy Governance framework. The job is responsible for responding to all Sector company queries on behalf of QatarEnergy HR with no/minimal line manager supervision, as well as logging and tracking the communication activity. The job is also accountable for meeting with Sector companies’ Senior HR Management teams and supporting them with HR related policy alignment queries and projects. Required Experience and Skills 1. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HR function, preferably in the technical Total Rewards field. 2. Proven knowledge of different remuneration packages and expertise in the development of total rewards strategy. 3. Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office suits such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI etc. 4. Prior experience in a SAP environment is highly desirable. 5. Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. 6. Prior experience in working with senior levels of management and cross-functional project teams qualifications, certifications, skills, and years of relevant experience required for acceptable job performance. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics & Behavioral Science, Commerce or Finance. CCP/GRP certification preferable.
