Our client URGENTLY requires a Senior Town Planner for 12 months + Contract in Nerang. The Senior Town Planner will coordinate and project manage the identification and acquisition of environmental offset and project land including working with multiple teams and external project advisors. Requirement and Accountabilities include: Provide specialised technical advice to the Land Management Team in relation to the assessment of development applications under the Planning Act 2016. Represent the project on working groups, steering committees and meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Provide advice in relation to ministerial correspondence and briefing notes as directed for the Regional Director and/or Regional Office as required. A Degree in Town Planning or in another profession relevant to this role which is acceptable by the Planning Institute of Australia. Government experience would be highly regarded. Top $'s Paid !
