Senior Trade Mark Attorney
Wynne-Jones IP is a UK and European IP firm specialising in patents, trade marks, designs, IP strategy, IP licensing and enforcement, IP audits and IP renewals. Our portfolio spans an impressive mix of private individuals, multinationals, large technology-based companies, SME’s and Universities – locally, nationally and internationally.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to work in a small but dynamic team. As a fully qualified attorney, you will be instrumental in supporting the firm’s trade mark practice and enjoy a broad technical spectrum with some interesting subject matter. This will include a good mix of prosecution and opposition work with well-established, high-profile clients.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Senior Trade Mark attorney at least 5 years PQE
- Good business acumen to develop new opportunities to grow our existing client base.
- Excellent professional reputation and be able to demonstrate technical excellence
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter
- Have a strategic mind to support the growth of the business
