EMEA & ROW SENIOR TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The Marketing team has the pivotal role in shaping and executing the integrated marketing plan for Medik8’s largest distributors’ network and new strategic markets, setting the framework and playbook for how consumers hear and engage with us across the region.
Reporting to the Regional HoM (EMEA & ROW), this position requires a deep understanding of the latest in beauty brands, digital/social and trade marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth through brand-building strategies and 360 campaign activation.
Working closely with Channel teams (DTC, B2B), you will be supporting the HoM developing and overseeing brand marketing initiatives, focusing on driving consumer awareness and consideration in disruptive and innovative ways, building brand equity and category-leading engagement to create a community of loyal consumers and advocates.
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and thrive in an agile, collaborative environment, as well as having the ability to understand the business and get ‘stuck in’ quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Marketing to build and execute strategic plans alongside the sales team for each account, tailoring campaigns to different direct channels, distributors, and local market needs across EMEA & ROW.
  • Plan, manage, and execute the Medik8 marketing calendar across direct and distributor channels, including successful roll-out of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel trade marketing initiatives, including in-store activations, digital marketing campaigns, CRM events, GWP bundles, sampling strategies, and sell-out actions.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing and creative teams to produce and implement compelling content and assets for e-retailers, supporting launches, online campaigns, emails, and banners.
  • Ensure best-in-class digital merchandising and content management across partner websites, maintaining up-to-date brand pages, product images, descriptions, categorisation, and listings, while driving excellence in digital execution through key marketing channels such as email, editorial, affiliation, and search.
  • Support continuous improvement of partner site performance and monetisation strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance Medik8’s digital presence and user experience.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to ensure timely, effective, and on-budget execution of marketing activities.
  • Support promotional activities through consistent GWP, sampling strategies, and performance monitoring, providing clear reporting and visibility of actions taken.
  • Oversee the asset library in collaboration with Global Marketing Assistant and ensure the regular sharing of marketing materials with the partners to maintain brand visibility and consistency.
  • Complete required forms, gather assets, and coordinate activities for exclusive e-retail promotions, including GWP bundles and other retailer-specific activations.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including handling requests for design briefs, product information, campaign imagery, and content for social media and e-retailer communications.
