Description

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Trading Specialist to join our Trading & Risk team. You will be responsible for systems integration and operation (trading platforms, bridges, risk management systems, reporting systems etc). You will act as a key bridge between the Trading & Risk team, Trading operations, IT, Liquidity Providers, and key clients. Responsibilities ● Oversee daily trading platform operations (MT4/MT5 servers, LP platforms, bridges, risk and reporting systems systems). ● Monitor trade flows, margins, execution quality, spreads, swaps, slippage; escalate abnormalities. ● Execute hedging orders in line with internal rules and practices ● Detect abusive client behavior, investigate suspicious client actions, provide research and classification on abusive practices. ● Operate PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, and MahiMarkets (Mahi) environments. ● Coordinate with Liquidity Providers for conditions, order routing, and technical issue resolution. ● Support hedging workflows and exposure monitoring. ● Support new product launches, platform upgrades, and integrations. ● Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trading ops staff. Must-Have Qualifications ● Proven experience (5+ years) in Trading or Trading Operations ● Strong knowledge of CFD products (FX, commodities, indices, equities, crypto). ● Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms and aggregation systems: PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid, MahiMarkets etc. ● Understanding of order routing, risk models (A-book/B-book), execution methods, and client trade lifecycle. ● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under time pressure. ● Good communication skills to interact with Liquidity Providers, Clients, and other desks . Bonus Qualifications ● Experience with FIX protocol and API trading ● Familiarity with risk management workflows (hedging, exposure limits, margin monitoring etc.) ● SQL and Python skills for internal systems development and integration, reporting and troubleshooting. ● Prior team-lead experience.
