Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in training or healthcare will be an advantage.
  3. Meticulous in maintaining records and producing data and reports.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, learning management system such as 360 Articulate.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently, tasks oriented and above to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

  1. Organise and provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external training programmes, courses, conferences and meetings
  2. Update and maintain the training prospectus and training calendar.
  3. Coordinate and maintain records of clinical attachments / internships provision and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for HODs.
  4. Apply for external funding (e.g. SSG / WSQ) and maintain records on the status and use of the fund.
  5. Collate the post-training evaluation of the courses to help audit the effectiveness and quality of training programmes and share the evaluation report with respective HODs.
  6. General administrative support implementation and maintenance of necessary infrastructure such as e-Learning Portal, 360 articulate, repository of training materials, training facilities and equipment, audit, budget, certification, monthly report, booking of training rooms to support and promote training.
  7. Provide full secretariat support to RHCI Directorate.
  8. Assist in any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Supervisors
