Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in training or healthcare will be an advantage.
- Meticulous in maintaining records and producing data and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, learning management system such as 360 Articulate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, tasks oriented and above to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
- Organise and provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external training programmes, courses, conferences and meetings
- Update and maintain the training prospectus and training calendar.
- Coordinate and maintain records of clinical attachments / internships provision and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for HODs.
- Apply for external funding (e.g. SSG / WSQ) and maintain records on the status and use of the fund.
- Collate the post-training evaluation of the courses to help audit the effectiveness and quality of training programmes and share the evaluation report with respective HODs.
- General administrative support implementation and maintenance of necessary infrastructure such as e-Learning Portal, 360 articulate, repository of training materials, training facilities and equipment, audit, budget, certification, monthly report, booking of training rooms to support and promote training.
- Provide full secretariat support to RHCI Directorate.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Supervisors
