Requirement: Senior Training and Communications Specialist
Job Description: Forge requires a Sr. Training and Communications Specialist to join our team supporting the US Army. This position will work closely with the government and other partners to provide expertise developing training materials, curriculum, and delivering training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren’t limited to):

  • Develop Training Curriculum. Develop Training Materials of various types.
  • Develop online training courses. Deliver training to professionals both in person and via webinar.
  • Support “lab-based” learning

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
We are looking for candidates with strong presentation skills who have the ability to effectively deliver training in both classroom and virtual settings, with strong classroom management skills. Candidates should have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver training courses and work with stakeholders to determine requirements for training materials.. This candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting aggressive timelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • US Citizen
  • Experience developing training curriculums and materials.
  • Ability to pass a T2 background investigation.
  • Experience supporting lab-based learning.
  • Experience delivering training to groups in-person and online.

HIGHLY DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DOD Experience.
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Experience.
  • Technical Training Experience
