    We are currently seeking a Senior Training and Content Associate to join our team.
    The Senior Training and Content Associate is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-impact training programs that promote adoption and long-term success with MDaudit’s solutions. This role plays a key part in creating and maintaining scalable, engaging eLearning content and product training materials, while also facilitating live, instructor-led classroom sessions.
    The role includes one-on-one coaching with customers to help them apply the platform to their specific workflows and business goals. Additionally, the Senior Training and Content Associate will provide ongoing internal product training to ensure cross-functional teams stay current on product capabilities and updates.
    This position collaborates closely with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure training aligns with product enhancements and customer needs. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required to support onboarding and optimization efforts for strategic or complex accounts.
    This role is remote based with the ability to travel up to 20% to our clients nationwide is required.
    Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

  • Create, update, and maintain self-paced eLearning modules and digital content using established instructional design methodologies
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led classroom sessions and webinars to both external clients and internal teams
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to customers to support product adoption tailored to their specific business needs
  • Partner with internal departments to create training content aligned with product releases and business objectives
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to continuously optimize training programs
  • Maintain, edit, and enhance training materials including lesson plans, user guides, instructor guides, and simulations
  • Lead and manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up support
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and measurable outcomes
  • Administer and maintain the LEARN LMS platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and organized
  • Design and deliver internal product training sessions to keep cross-functional teams aligned and knowledgeable
  • Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to ensure training reflects real-time system enhancements and use cases
  • Manage and lead content development for conferences such as the annual Training Academy
  • Support customers pre- and post-training through scheduled follow-ups and targeted optimization
  • Manages client book of business with no oversight

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience creating interactive, high-quality eLearning content
  • Experience delivering training for SaaS platforms (B2B/enterprise preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage a customer book of business and tailor training for diverse needs
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Storyline) a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a training, instructional design, or enablement role
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or health IT preferred
  • Prior experience in compliance, billing, coding, or auditing (hospital or professional) is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering both digital and instructor-led training
