Your Role Quality Assurance : Perform Quality Assurance checks on Solaris Operations teams (internal and external), from KYC Operations to Banking Operations and Customer Support. Analyse the results of the regular Quality Assurance outcomes and deliver necessary actions to improve results with internal stakeholders. Improve continuously the T&Q processes and tools. Support processes improvement within Solaris based on outcomes of Quality Assurance checks. Support reporting creation and improvement to stakeholders and management. Training : Create and continuously improve training material andcontent for the new hires of Solaris Operations and current analyst. Deliver any additional training whenever required. Hard Skill : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field Internal. 4+ years of experience within the banking or financial services industry, with particular focus on Quality Assurance processes and best practices. Strong knowledge of in Banking Operations, KYC Operations and/or Customer Support Understanding of training methods and training content creation Native in German, fluent in English Soft Skill : Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Clear, concise, and open communication. Ability to articulate complex ideas and foster understanding among different stakeholders.
