Job Description WHAT YOU WILL OWN: - Responsible in achieving sales target through sales executive performance management and proper lead distribution - Manage a large team of sales executives through coaching, lead distribution, performance management and strong leadership. - Supports the management team in collecting data, managing leads and providing insight - Data Analysis in order to review and optimize sales executive conversion rate and sales - Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output - Conducts interviews, manages agent probation, performance and continuously improves conversion rates. - Prepares daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and presents to relevant stakeholders. - Familiar with CRM system (Salesforce, Midas & Tableau) ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: - Bachelor and/or master's degree - At least 2+ years of relevant experience - Proficient in both English and Mandarin language - Analytical and number orientated. You are process-oriented and data-driven - Thrives in high paced, fast-moving environment and can make quick, assertive decisions - Outstanding attention to detail, and strong organizational skills - Highly proficient with MS Office with strong Excel skills - Ability to work and navigate Salesforce and any other CRM tools - Willing to take on additional task assign
