Conduct customer training when required. Facilitate workshop training on basic maintenance hand skills to newly recruited technical staff. Administers in the attendance taking of staff during in-house training courses (for technical and soft skills training). Assists Head of Training in the supervision of trainees as well as guiding them in their training. Develop and review training courses and requirement for CBT and customer courses. (course syllabus/ course notes/ course slides/ examination bank) Invigilate and marking of examination papers.   Qualification & Experience Requirements:  Category B2/B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence or AMEL / FAA with minimum 5 years working experience in Line/ Base Maintenance  Technical Training Instructor Authorisation with minimum 3 years’ experience in conducting CAAS/ EASA Basic Knowledge Modules training; Aircraft General Familiarisation training and/or Aircraft Type training is preferred  Good working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint  Team-player who can also work independently with minimum supervision. Good verbal and written communication skills
