Your Opportunity As our Senior Training Manager – Seniors Communities, you will lead and provide strategic leadership for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training and education across our villages. You’ll establish a competency-based training framework, embed Anglicare’s ‘For Life’ capability model, drive best practice, elevate services and tools to meet Aged Care Reform requirements, and foster a culture of learning and professional growth. With integrity and resilience, you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive training and education strategy aligned with organisational goals. Design and deliver competency-based programs that meet compliance and accreditation standards. Oversee clinical and non-clinical education, ensuring consistency and quality across all sites. Coach and mentor trainers and educators, building a high-performing team. Use data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring You are a strategic, collaborative leader who inspires excellence and drives change. You bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, training, adult learning or related field. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent (highly desirable). 10+ years’ experience leading training and education functions, preferably in aged care or health. Experience in implementing new Aged Care Standards under the Aged Care Reform. Expertise in competency-based training and adult learning principles. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and sector standards. Exceptional communication, influencing skills and high emotional intelligence. Why Anglicare?
