What You’ll Do: As a Training Specialist you will analyze and determine training needs for claims. You will also develop training programs to meet specific training needs for claims personnel across the PC Company. Other duties may include:

  • Identify and deliver training in both live and virtual settings.
  • Coordinate all phases of the claims curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with claims personnel to identify specific areas where training is needed and develop training programs to help ensure compliance with Claims Best Practices, as well as various federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Organize and promote existing training programs by assisting in scheduling and coordinating training programs.
  • Monitor and analyze employee progress and the overall effectiveness of the training programs and adjust training curriculum accordingly.
  • Work with Claims Quality Assurance Specialists on identified training issues.
