Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Tax team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our global transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and supporting business functions with strategic tax insights. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have an interest in contributing to other tax-related projects and responsibilities beyond transfer pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage global transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax regulations.
  • Conduct transfer pricing analysis and prepare documentation to support intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation for relevant group companies and coordinate/oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation by external advisors for all other relevant group companies.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure alignment of transfer pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on transfer pricing matters related to restructuring, acquisitions, and new business models.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company’s transfer pricing strategy.
  • Support tax audits and manage interactions with tax authorities regarding transfer pricing matters.
  • Work closely with external advisors to ensure best practices and compliance with international standards.
  • Support cross-functional tax projects and contribute to overall tax planning initiatives.
  • Participate in other tax-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a multinational corporation or a Big 4 consulting firm.
  • A successfully completed tax advisor exam is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS framework, and international tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English
