Overview Sr. Associate, Value- Based Care Transformation Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday- Friday: Hours vary. Location: Downers Grove, IL. Reporting on to the Director of VBC Transformation, the Senior Associate’s primary responsibilities are to support the design, impact assessment and implementation of strategic value-based care initiatives. Responsible for driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring successful execution. This position will collaborate across diverse teams while executing on VBC transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Leverage your analytical & strategic thinking capabilities to help design & execute VBC initiatives. Lead critical change initiatives by translating strategy to operational objectives through focused activities Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s near-term and long-term value-based care goals Drive the implementation of special projects including engaging cross functional teams Showcase your data-driven, decision-making skills to measure and communicate the impact of change. Analyze various operational outcomes and healthcare data sets to measure the impact of transformation initiatives Collaborate with analytics teams to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics Assists in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals Be a champion for cultivating a culture of change. Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Analytics, Clinical) to ensure alignment on goals and to facilitate change management. Communicate impact findings effectively helping to foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement Executive Communication Development Support in the preparation of executive-level communications highlighting Duly’s value-based care strategy and strategic outcomes Demonstrate ability to present data and metrics to executive leadership teams that will lead to better business outcomes. Demonstrate your ability to successfully manage projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project documentation, including charter, scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables Drive and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects Establish and meet timelines and due dates Communicate project objectives, goals, and progress to key stakeholder Partner with stakeholders to address potential risks Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or related field required EXPERIENCE: 2-3+ years of previous experience in consulting and operations background required 1+ years of Healthcare experience preferred The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $99,000-$149,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
