Description

ResponsibilitiesLead complex transformation and technology implementation programmes from mobilisation through to benefits realisation.
Manage multiple senior stakeholders, including Directors and executive leadership teams.
Deliver operational transformation projects across NHS organisations.
Lead, coach and develop project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Analyse programme outcomes and present recommendations to senior audiences.
Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and additional work.
Work collaboratively with clinical, operational and technical teams to deliver lasting change.

We're looking for someone with:A background in management consulting.
Strong experience delivering healthcare or NHS transformation programmes.
Proven programme management experience, ideally delivering technology implementations.
Experience leading operational transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including Director and executive-level engagement.
Previous people leadership and team management experience.
Commercial awareness, with experience in account management, identifying opportunities and growing client relationships.
Excellent communication, consulting and problem-solving skills.
A full UK driving licence is ideal
Flexibility to travel regularly to client sites (travel and accommodation fully expensed).
