Challenges for Participants

• They assume overall responsibility for the planning, management, and successful implementation of the company-wide ERP transformation.
• They ensure the achievement of program goals in terms of time, budget, scope and quality, and keep an eye on overall progress at all times.
• They manage all relevant workstreams as well as external implementation and consulting partners and ensure effective collaboration among all involved parties.
• They establish and further develop governance, reporting and control structures and create transparency for the board of directors and important decision-making bodies.
• They identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and interfaces within a complex transformation portfolio.
• They work closely with the specialist departments, translate technical requirements into viable solutions and ensure the implementation of defined target images in organization, processes and systems.
• They moderate relevant decision-making processes, drive cross-departmental transformation initiatives, and unlock potential for standardization, digitalization, and efficiency improvements.

What makes you special

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• They have at least eight to twelve years of professional experience in the areas of transformation, management consulting, strategy or program management.
• They bring several years of experience in managing complex transformation programs, ideally in the ERP and/or CRM environment.
• They possess in-depth knowledge of managing large-scale programs as well as multi-project and stakeholder management.
• They have a very good understanding of end-to-end business processes and their implementation in modern ERP systems.
• They impress with their strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills, as well as a confident demeanor when dealing with top management and executives.
• They work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and with a high degree of initiative, and possess assertiveness.
• They are fluent in German and English.
