About this job

You will actively develop the end-to-end billing and invoicing process for Customer Operations. You will combine process knowledge with digitalization and automation, and implement optimizations from analysis to execution in collaboration with Operations, IT, Data, and other specialist departments.

Your sphere of influence

• You analyze billing and invoicing processes end-to-end, identify media breaks, sources of error and manual steps, and develop standardized, automatable target processes.
• You translate technological developments into future process and system target images and support technology projects from a business perspective.
• For automation, RPA and AI, you identify and evaluate use cases based on benefit, feasibility, risk and customer impact, and support piloting and implementation.
• You will orchestrate improvement and transformation projects together with Operations, IT/Digital, Data & Analytics, Process Management and other specialist departments.
• You embed new processes and systems in everyday work by involving employees, supporting workshops and pilot projects, and building up key users and multipliers.
• You will establish a continuous optimization process and drive the further development of the operating model for billing and invoicing.

This is what you bring with you

• You have completed basic commercial training as well as further education in business administration.
• Ideally, you have experience with specific billing processes and systems in the energy sector.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment distinguish you, preferably in the energy sector.
• You plan and coordinate complex projects in a structured manner and proactively develop suitable solutions.
• You already have experience with SAP IS-U and SAP CRM and are proficient in the common Microsoft Office applications.
• You communicate clearly and understandably in German and French and work
