SUMMARY
The Senior Transformation Program Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT application solutions that support our Business Process Reengineering Program. This role requires extensive experience in large transformation projects and multiple SAP S4 and “bolt on systems” implementations. Experience with supply chain and commercial applications, such as Blue Yonder, Maximo, Transportation Management, Trade Promotion Management, and Product Lifecyle Management systems, is highly desirable. Experience in implementing a large multi–business unit solution with SAP as the core is desirable as well. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work with business leaders to re-engineer business processes, incorporating best practices and the corresponding technology to support them.
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $247,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program/portfolio management, with a focus on large transformation projects. Master’s degree preferred.
