About the role: As a Content Integrator you will be responsible for working with Translation vendors, Publishing, Reviewing and Communicating the Project task that you manage during the day-to-day activity. The courses you will manage are both internal LRN Library and Client Bespoke courses. You will work closely with our Project Management teams to deliver the content integration tasks within the project timescales. Our team is devoted to finding innovative ways of delivering learning-based solutions along with exceptional service to our clients. You will need to have a talent to maximize quality, productivity, and growth potential by leading on improvement initiatives which will help to provide our clients with a top class service. What you'll do: Acting as the deputy for the Team Leader of the Translation Content Integration team. Take on the role of Technical Lead (lead the group of Super Users) for the Phrase Translation Management System. Working with Translation vendors, Processing and Publishing Library, Custom courses. Integrate text, images, videos, Subtitles and interactive elements courses. Ensure layout consistency and brand formatting across pages. Use translation management systems (TMS) like Phrase. Handle structured content files (XML) for integration. Apply basic HTML/CSS to fix formatting issues. Maintain Course and Review Standards to provide quality courses. Maintain effective communication with Project Management teams. Maintain and ensure accuracy to meet the task timeline. Bringing innovation and technologies to the existing team. What we're looking for: Localization background with sound working knowledge of Translation Management Systems. Knowledge of browser compatibility issues. Experience with dynamically generated templates. 2year’s plus working experience in above similar environment. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Ability to work within tight deadlines. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Programming, design, QA, translation vendor) Be resourceful and showcase problem solving abilities. Coding experience would be an advantage as is the use and familiarization of AI-based solutions which support the Translations industry Candidates with experience within the e-Learning industry will be preferred. Strong command of web standards, CSS-driven/ HTML layouts, XML. Coding experience such as DHTML (JavaScript/CSS), HTML5. File Management - XML, xliff, CSV handling for content imports.
